Dr. Maccarone is a specialist in Internal Medicine. He is a Board Certified Osteopathic physician and Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine. He received his Doctor of Osteopathy from Des Moines University - College of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery, Des Moines, Iowa. He served his residencies at Western Pennsylvania Hospital, and St. Francis Medical Center, both in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Dr. Maccarone is a member of the American Medical Association, The American Osteopathic Association, The American College of Osteopathic Internists, The Tennessee Osteopathic Medical Association and the Clarksville Rotary. Member, American College of Physicians-American Society of Internal Medicine. Immediate Past Chairman, Department of Medicine, Gateway Medical Center, Clarksville, TN from January, 2005 - December, 2008. Member, American College of Physician Executives. He is also Medical Director for Bio-Matrix Weight Loss System, Clarksville TN.

Ms. L. Michelle Brown received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and her Master of Science in Nursing from Spalding University, Louisville, Kentucky with a focus in Family Practice nursing. She comes to our practice with over 30 years experience as a Registered Nurse with her last employment being at Blanchfield Army Community Hospital, Fort Campbell, KY in numerous supervisory positions.

Michelle is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner whose medical interests include health promotion, maintenance and prevention for diabetic patients, women’s health, and geriatric health care. Her personal interests include hiking, collecting antiques, and volunteer missionary work.

Michelle is a member of the Kentucky Coalition of Nurse Practitioners and Midwives, the American Nurses Association, and Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society.
